Wifi calling

I have had wifi calling for the past couple of years. Today it will not work, I have rebooted my phone and router, but still does not work. Any suggestions?

Has your phone's connection to your home wifi changed, for some reason, eg on the mobile or router side? (eg, run out of DHCP addresses on the router due to adding new devices and not increasing the number of permitted DHCP clients on the router, or an update on the phone that has mangled the Network settings on it, or installed a mobile VPN solution, etc)
