Is this a current feature or are O2 screwing me around again when saying they have a current system that works? We get virtually no 4G signal here despite what their coverage map suggests so being able to use wifi for calling would be very useful.
They say I have it on my account but there is no "button" visible to connect to it on my "connections" screen

@ducatiman it all depends on what phone you have?

Galaxy S9 which it says is supported.
If I follow the instructions, go to settings, connections there is NO wifi calls button on the menu. It shows one on the instructions under Wi-Fi but not on my phone.
I've checked the firmware and my phone has the software that should work.

@ducatiman have you enabled it in your MyO2 or called to get it enabled on your account?
PS. Also look in the settings menu of the phone app for the switch.

Hey @ducatiman
Could you try this for me and let me know if it sorts it please?
- Open your 'Phone' app
- Tap the 'three dots' menu button at the top right hand corner
- Tap on 'Settings'
- Find 'Wi-Fi' calling about two-thirds down and enable it
Let me know if that works for you
