Bit of a bummer really as I've repeatedly told O2 that we get little or no signal here. Why have they never suggested that we use a phone that will connect for Wi-Fi calling???

Not sure what is going on. Apparently the phone is actually a J3 so not sure if that is supported? It says in the Samsung list that J3 2017 is OK.I've tried all the suggestions above but there isn't a Wi-Fi call button at any of the locations.

I was sold the contract on the basis that the WiFi app would give me connectivity, I wouldn't have renewed otherwise. O2 are a shables.
