I can't seem to be able to get WiFi Calling to work on my Xiaomi Redmi 11. I'm wondering whether I need to download firmware and / or software and, if so, where I would get this from.
Any suggestions would be very gratefully received.
Many thanks in advance.

Many thanks, Bambino.
I eventually discovered that I'm not permitted to enable WiFi Calling because I have a PAYG sim card. I should have checked this out before I got the sim, obviously. Doh!
Cheers

@Rick301 Have you asked customer service to enable WiFi calling on your account?
You also have to enable it in your MyO2 and it needs to be enabled in your phone's settings.

Hi Breanna,
Thanks for your interest. It's not sorted, as such, but I now know why I can't enable WiFi Calling - it's because my sim card is PAYG.
Kind regards

On the offchance you are still about, @Rick301 - have you ever had to use Redmi/Xiaomi Returns here in the UK?
I have a Redmi Note 11 phone that has died yesterday evening, no combination of button presses etc will revive it - it was bought from the Xiaomi website on 07-Nov-2022.
No damage or obvious signs of knocks or bangs, no water contact, just *phut*...
Thanks!
