Evening people.
Would really like to understand why we do calling icon at top of screen keeps dropping out every minute, as I am at home in WiFi which I believe is OK. I got this wi fi calling phone Samsung A51, a month ago. to benefit a poor signal area. It seems ineffective.
Thoughts please or any advice appreciated?
Cheers

@Indyana

Do you have wifi calling enabled on your account and turned on in your phone settings?

If you have followed the good advice above to make sure your device is up to date and WiFi calling is enabled on your account -

I don't have a A51 in the house but do have half a dozen Samsung's going back to a Xcover 4s. Make sure WiFi preferred is enabled over mobile network preferred. All my Samsung's have this option. Without it, it shall constantly latch onto half a bar of cell signal.
Quick test, stick it into plane mode and re enable WiFi manually, same issue?
