I recently done an update on Samsung galaxy S10 lite. since doing this I have lost WiFi calling and my wallpaper is no longer displaying-just a black screen. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix these problems?? I have turned phone off, removed SIM card and turned back on again and put SIM back in as someone had recommended but this has not worked. V v frustrating

@Swatts You probably have to get customer service to re-enable WiFi calling for you.

Call in the morning: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Because you're not buying anything, O2 doesn't consider your call important, so use the Upgrade, Lost/Stolen, or Fraud option if you have to, to get through. Otherwise you'll just be disconnected.

Also  below is alternative advice from an O2 Guru on how to get through.
Call 202 from your mobile.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

You may have to use Upgrade, Lost/Stolen, or Fraud here too.

8 am is the best time to call.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Try to do this again as it doesn't always work the first time

Try enabling dark mode again for the wallpaper or press and hold a spare space on the screen

You will be able to choose a wallpaper from the options
