A phone directory quick link just appeared on my pay as you go samsung O2 mobile and was activated unintentionally while in my pocket resulting in £2 being removed from my balance. Any idea how to remove it. Has this happened to anyone else and is it possibly a scam?

Can you press and hold the link and drag it to the recycle bin? Not sure which Samsung you have but there should be an easy way to delete it.

Good stuff. I don't think it's a scam as such, just another way these dubious companies generate income. Possibly you inadvertently clicked a link to install it on your homescreen whilst browsing.
