I was advised on the o2 support,it would take 5-7 days to unlock my HTC wildfire phone.

10 days on nothing heard. Are o2 deliberately being awkward?

The code has to be requested from HTC, so it's maybe them that are slow..... However, a chase up wouldn't hurt. I assume you filled out and sent in the request form?

The operater on live chat took details ime number etc. checked with support 5 days on and confirmed request had been put in.
