I have an old samsung galaxy ace phone and I need to get it unlocked but the live chat option online isn't working for me and I want to know if there's any other way I can get this old phone unlocked asap. It has no sim card in it or anything else. When it starts up it has an "o2" screen appear before actually starting up. Is it still able to be unlocked?
