I am being charged for two numbers by you - £8.20 for [Removed], which I never use as I have another number ([Removed] - previously Virgin Mobile) that I do use. Apart from the fact that I can never check my bill for the [Removed] number, I do not understand why I am being charged for two number, one of which I never use. Can you please clarify why I am being charged £8.20 per month for the [Removed] number and I cannot access my bill for the phone number I do actualy use?

You need to cancel the number you don't use
