Tugo voicemail pain

Can you please get it sorted so that I can turn off my voice mail when I have Tugo voicemail are costing me a fortune.

Unfortunately right now this is a by product of tugo.

From previous conversations O2 are looking at this to allow the turning off of voice mail but to date I've not seen any updates to allow this.

Right now one is tied to the other.

Voicemail will come out of your monthly allowance of minutes.

Seems from that threads comments lots of issues were present.

Perhaps it's still evident.

You can turn off voicemail within the app. It works fine for me across all devices. Turning it off in-app is jakin to calling 1760.
