Hi there. I'm enquiring about my pay as you go go tariff. I was due to top my phone up before 18th February so I could recieve my tariff for the month. However I topped up £10.00 Wednesday 17th February and I've noticed today that I haven't gotten my tariff active for the month? And it's taking money off for using my data and to text. How is this?

You need to call customer service on 4445. It sounds as though your allowances ran out and you used some of the credit, meaning there is insufficient credit to get your normal allowance. Check with 4445 though.
