My Spotify Premium has stopped working. I pay £9.99 a month which is charged to my O2 bill - I have contacted Spotify who claim they cannot locate my account- is anyone able to assist in finding out why my Spotify no longer works given that I am paying through O2?

Hi @Anonymous I have just checked on the Spotify forum and a usual fix is to log out of the app then log back in again. Worth a try.....

Thanks yeah I read about the attack but this has been happening for some time so I am thinking it is another issue. Was hoping for some feedback from O2 on this one as they are the ones deducting the £9.99 from my bill each month- that money must be going somewhere.

Personally I would be more concerned that Spotify can't locate your account...

I thought they did it with Charge to Mobile...so have looked and apparently you can..
