I had a guru at the O2 shop in Blackpool attempt to sort it, he wiped me phone clean and reinstalled the software but I still have the same problem! It is so frustrating as my phone worked perfectly on 4.4.4 but since updating to this lollipop it hasn't, surely I'm not the only one having this problem!

I assume he did that from the handset itself?
Thus repairing the bad installation with the same bad installation.

I wasn't there when he sorted it but he did say he was going to flash the phone and it would wipe everything off it and then using his pm he would reinstall the operating system, so I lost everything and it still didn't work, my problem is I don't have a computer or laptop, didn't think I needed one as the Xperia Z Ultra did everything before the update knackered it. I've another 17 payments to make on my phone!
