I have a Tardis post for this somewhere but can't be bothered.
Ok before rolling out the full update you will have noticed

Movies
Are now lollipop compatible and themed, today lollipop album rolled out (few days and it'll appear) And then movie creator will get the update too.
After those playstation app will be updated and renamed to psn (this might happen at time of lollipop update.
The version coming to z3 is 5.0.2 according to the demo units at MWC
If you are branded firmware expect the update around 2 weeks after main rollout begins I'm sure @Chris_K will inform the community on o2 testing status as and when he has the info from the o2 devices team.
In the past o2 fw has arrived before UK generic which, whilst strange, has been consistent.
I will also be posting on here as soon as rollout begins.
And that's about it.

Android Lollipop 5.0.2 has finally hit my Xperia Z3!  Installed without a hitch!
