Why doesn't the My O2 app utilise the app icon frames like Facebook,
Twitter, Instagram, Slimming World, Pet's At Home VIP...I could go on

Check out the icon for the My O2 app on iOS. It takes up all of the icon
size and shape and that's how it would appear if it utilised frames on
Samsung phones.
