Sony Xperia SP Mobile Data problem

Anonymous
Not applicable

I've had my screen replaced on my Xperia SP (C5303) which has meant a reset. I now can't get mobile data.

I don't know if it's linked to now only having the option 4G (preferred)/WCDMA/GSM) in Mobile network settings rather than 3G (preferred)/WCDMA/GSM) that I had before.

I'm Pay As You Go on 3G (o2) and I don't live in a city with 4G although I believe my model of Xperia is capable of 4G.

I've tried texting o2 to get automatically sent settings but I still can't get mobile data.

o2 live chat is currently unavailable and I now need this sorting urgently I've tried Sony live chat they have advised contacting o2 after I tried an update of mobile settings while in live chat with Sony.
