Ordered new sim as calls cutting out..received it many months ago from customer services..is it too late to try swapping it now or does it have expiry date?..and if I swap it how do I request my old number back..not changing provider or contract or anything else??

@Cabc If you're not comfortable doing the swap yourself, call into an O2 store and they'll do it for you right there. There shouldn't be an issue with the blank you have, but they can give you a new one if there's a problem. The sim swap can take up to 24 hours but it's normally much quicker than that. Be sure to bring identification with you.
