Would O2 still have the network unlock pin number for my old SGS3 even though i had upgraded to the S4 nearly 2 months ago?

I hate to sound impatient but on the form i filled out it said up to 72 hours.

 

How long does it usually take on average for other users to obtain their key?

I'll give it a few more days then call O2 or something...

 

Failing that i could go to the local market and pay the £15 but money aside, i like the idea of getting things done properly
