New voicemail notification showing and no way to get rid of it. I have no voicemail of any sort, have turned off voicemail. Tried restarting phone. Taking out sim card and resarting.

You need to call your phone and leave a voicemail.

Then listen to it and delete it on your phone, which will clear the notification.
