Hi, when I try to charge my phone it keeps giving me the error message "battery disconnected" I have tried to put my battery into my partners phone and it seems to be charging fine so I don't think it's a problem with the battery itself, can you advise any possible solutions? Or have you heard of this problem occurring before?
