Solved: Samsung S20 switching off repeatedly

I have a Samsung S20, which does not work properly. It loses power very quickly and continuously switches itself on and off. I have tried all the recommended tips to address it, including a factory reset. I suspect it is a fault in the phone. Any suggestions?
