My Samsung A40 did an update yesterday and has lost my Samsung Notes info.  When the Samsung Notes app opens, I can see that there's no info on it and it just closes straight away like there's a fault. Does anyone know how to get this back please?

@KS1

Try going into app manager and clear cache for the notes app.

Thank you for your quick response.  I've tried going into the settings icon next to the Samsung Notes app but it does the same thing i.e. just closes without going into the settings.

Hi @KS1 , how is the Notes app this week, did you manage to clear the cache and resolve the problem in the end? It would be great to hear how you're getting on with this. slight_smile
