Samsung Kies

Ok, I see from searching forums that Kies is universally derieded, however I have just bought the Samsung Galaxy S III (on Saturday 9th March) and have tried to download and install it. I get to the install shield loading, but it just hangs. I'm using Windows Vista on a Sony Viao laptop and want to get it working so I can copy over my music? Any tips to get the install to actually work!?

You don't need Kies to do that. In fact, I can't think of anything you could need it for! You can just click and drag your music files to the phone.

Also check that you have MS .NET framework 4 installed.
