Samsung J5 storage

Anonymous

Hi i have  got the Samsung J5. I've had it for 2 months now and it's a brilliant phone except for one problem ... storage.

I have an SD card which is formated and i have put everything onto this but next time i go on the phone certain things i have put on to the SD card remove themselves from it.

I am constantly having to clean the cache and have had to do away with a lot of apps that i like and yet i still get the not enough storage message about 4 times a day.

Getting a bit fed up of it as it is happeneing too often.

Hubby has the same phone and same problem too.

Can anyone help please?

Try downloading a different file manager to move the items, the copy may not properly completing and reverting back to original location
