Samsung Galaxy S 2 Multi media Download problems

Anonymous
Not applicable

I'm hoping someone can help Smiley Frustrated

My phone will do everything apart from accept multi media pictures. I can send them but not receive them.

A little grey box appears saying Download, I press it and says Downloading but nothing ever happens. After a while it goes back to Download.

I can receive and open emails with no problem.

The O2 guru emailed my lap top with a change of settings for my phone but that didn't work.

I've tried everything. Please help.

Start with the basics and remove battery and SIM for 5 mins. Then try again. Make sure you have data enabled and turn off wifi.
