Hello,
I have a Samsung Galaxy Nexus, and for the past few months I have had constant notifications saying I have a system update available. When I attempt to let the update install, the phone reboots and comes up with the Android image and a loading bar. The loading bar gets half way, then the install stops and the Android image becomes led down with a red exclamation mark.
I have already had my phone replaced once, it got replaced for a couple of reasons; one of them was this issue.
I have phoned O2 customer services before, the only advice I got was to try the Samsung Kies software. After messing around with it for a while, I found out the software doesnt support my phone.
I have googled the issue but cannot find a solution. I have tried various options in the recovery boot menu but all it does is prevent the update notification coming through for a couple of days.
Any help would be appreciated

I hadn't even thought of that but it does make sense that it could be that causing the problem. I'll phone up O2 tomorrow and request a new sim card. Good idea!
