Hi, I posted last night about my SIM card not being provisioned, as I'd just got a pay monthly plan (On&On), but the problem still hasn't been resolved. Its only a case of transferring my current number onto my new pay monthly SIM card so I cannot understand what is taking so long now that the network issues have been fixed. I'm becoming very frustrated as I phoned customer services and was told the number would be transferred and working by this afternoon, but nothing at all has changed. Any help appreciated

Just bought mine from tesco yesterday on o2 network having same problem, sim card not provisioned have tried swapping my number from pay and go to pay monthly, received an email from o2 confirming, but no 2 texts to let me know on progress like they said, pay and go number is still working. The chat online box seems to be always busy so can't talk to anyone.
