S6 just Died

Hi Guys

           just went to my samsung s6 phone...nothing wont power on, put it on charge  no little light to say its charging. Used a different charger still nothing, have left it charging for a hour still nothing..

I got it through carphone but to work on o2 network, now what's the best course of action or anything i can try myself first

update on the phone got home from work this morning,give it one more try plugged it in and it starts to charge, battery on zero but charging.
Dont know if its worth popping in to CPW and ask them if they know what could have been wrong.

Might be worth asking. Seems strange and nothing to say it won't happen again. Hopefully it was a one off.

I would take it back if honest. If it isn't a one off it could happen again without warning. Something isn't right and thats for sure...:smileywink:

Hi Guys
Sorry about the delay in replying, I have been back to CPW and the tech guy there plugged it into a computer and run some tests on it. could not find anything wrong. All he could offer was to send it in to have it checked out more..
I said no I will keep it and see how it go's and as it has a 2 yr guarantee would send it in if it went wrong later.
But since then it’s worked like a dream no problems
