Solved: S5 missing new features

Hi, installed lollipop today and noticed that lots of features seem to be missing. Can't see a way to enable guest mode, there is no icon after pulling down the menu. No flashlight, no facial recognition to unlock phone! Am I missing something????

Great so Samsung have removed the best features, wonderful! Oh and thanks for the ridiculous battery drain thst was a real bonus! Oh and not to forget my S5 now heats up so much I think I can actually fry an egg on it! Truly a stunning multi tasking device!

Have you done a factory reset?
It won't help with the missing features but might help with the overheating issue?

Yes full factor reset carried out, phone charged to 100% then switched on. Battery drains 50% in 90 mins and the back of the phone resembles the underside of the space shuttle!

Rubbish that is, esp after so much vigorous o2 testing.
Maybe they'll fix it or replace it for you now?

Struggling to get that article to open, but has Samsung actually disabled those features? If so, why?

Possibly because they didn't work with lollipop?
Maybe we'll see them back with later updates.......
