S5 help please

My grandson has a Samsung S5. I bought it for him about 18 months ago. Over the last couple of weeks he has been told people are unable to hear him very well when he calls them.

He has just tested this with me by ringing my mobile and landline. He is right ...I can hardly hear him.

Any ideas?

Fluff gets in any orifice and they should be cleaned regularly.. the Gospel according to Mauy
