Bought my phone yesterday online (pay monthly), I've found a better deal elsewhere since, can I still return my phone even though I've opened it, turned it on etc? It's obviously undamaged but on my invoice it says returns have to be unused... It's an o2 refresh contract aswell if that makes any difference.
Also, do I have to return it by post or could I return it to a store?

There should have been a returns label in your package but if not, call customer services for one

Take pictures of the condition before you return it and send it insured and tracked.

Return everything as you received it in the packaging. You only pay for any usage.
