Red triangle when installing update

About halfway through installation, I get a red triangle on my phone, after a few minutes the phone then reboots, anyone else getting this?

I guess you were rooted as the boot loader was unlocked? If so, did you restore the stock recovery partition?

Yes I restored that.

If you run the update again and it falls. Press and hold the volume up button and press the power button. You should be able to see the error message as to why it failed then.

When you see red triangle press vol up and power. You should see an error report.

Have you removed Superuser?

I followed the tutorial by ClydeB1 on XDA.

Relocked bootloader and uninstalled SuperUser, and Android is upgrading my apps...

I ended up restoring my phone using the RUU and then upgrading, thanks for the help.
