Just upgraded my phone from my old samsung A20e to the new pixel 7, i have put all my contacts in my phone book and i got my first text from one of my contacts but it only showed the number it was from and not the name of the person it was from, anyone know what i'm doing wrong ??

ps: there is lot to learn in this phone compaired to my old samsung.

Try restarting the phone and give it a while to index all your contacts.

what a pain in the bum is turning off and on and getting out of safe mode had to look that up too.
