I bought Samsung galaxy s23 with Samsung galaxy Buds Pro2 for £1 on 6/09/23 and still haven't received discount code for it (nearly 60 days after purchasing)

Have you had any luck in resolving this ? If you are at the sixty-day point and you still haven't had your code, you might want to consider a complaint :-

The first link has a section headed Resolver. Several members of this forum have reported that Resolver has facilitated a satisfactory outcome to their complaint.

Hi,

I am still waiting for O2 Customer Service  to resolve my issue.  I was asked to wait for another 14 days for discount code to arrive.  If nothing changes after that period of time I will make a formal complaint.

My problem is that I have not been sent discount code for £1 Samsung Galaxy Buds2Pro after 30 days of my purchase (6th September). I have been contacting O2 through MyO2 and their replies was always to wait and I will get the code. Still waiting...

The instruction in the guide is:

That means using Twitter or Facebook or Instagram, not MyO2 Chat - link below has the three options you need, pick one and use it. Otherwise call 202 - now, just after 8am, is a good time to do that, @Katy_K83 - good luck.
