Poor 4g

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hello, this is the first device I have had on 4g,
It's very slow and I feel my 3g was definitely faster and more reliable.
I struggle to connect to anything away from a reliable WiFi connenection, even then it still struggles and often I have no signal or GSM I think it is that appears on my bar, right now I'm in my lounge with only 1bar and struggling to do basic things

Your location may be a weak 4g area. Try switching 4g off in your phone settings which will force the phone onto 3g and may give you a better connection.

Possibly your area hasn't had the 4G rollout yet

Well as @MI5 said, turn 4G off and 3G will hopefully work better. You can try 4G again when out and about and see if the signal improves....
