Phone not recognising sim

Just bought a Huawei phone and I've put in the nano sim but it doesn't seem to be recognising it and says the network is unknown. 😞 Help!

It should have been activated in store then but call CS and they will do it for you now.

Just put your old o2 sim in if you have upgraded and it fits.
If not you may have to call o2 CS to get sim activated http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

The sim needs to be activated before you can connect to the network & get a signal

You can check for network issues by putting your postcode in here http://status.o2.co.uk/
If it doesn't show any problems you need to go back to the store or call CS as already advised.
There is nothing we can do here to activate it for you, sorry.
