My Samsung S6 no longer charges, assistant in store says i have "bent the pin". I am insured but am unsure on how the repairs process works, do i get a replacement phone while the repair is being done, and how long does the process last?

Thanks

Repairs are usually turned round next day and the store will loan you a basic phone for a refundable £25 deposit.
Insurance claims require that you send in the phone and they send a refurbished unit back to you after you pay the excess.
You may still be able to get a loan phone if the store has one but it's not assured for insurance claims.
