Help Samsung A50 

 

My phone can send pictures but i found out last night i cant receive pictures.

 

Why please ?

 

Do i need to change a setting ?

 

I had to text person and ask them to WhatsApp the pic because it couldnt open on my phone in messages 😞

You need to have data turned on even if on wifi.

If you do, try texting the word "ACTIVE" TO 2020.
