Anyone know if the phone Volte enabled on O2?

I have Wi-Fi Calling and 4G Calling enabled in MyO2 (monthly) and the Volte icon enabled on the phone (Notifications, Icons) but it never shows even with 4G+ and 5G reception.

OnePlus is a bit of nightmare I am afraid, and OnePlus need to enable it in the firmware for o2 the same applies to Swiss and Italian networks to name 2 other locations..

 

Have a look on OnePlus's forums, its been an issue for ages

Thanks for the replies. I have returned the phone, analogue call quality isn't helpful for business calls.

Just to add, I got a Sony 10 III from Amazon, which is listed on O2 as supported for 4G calls, but that did not display the VOLTE icon either (yep, it was enabled on the phone).

I guess it would need the O2 firmware?
