The S8 is NOT currently supported.

So I have just had a firmware update (G950FXXU1AQ17) and this has enabled 4G calling, but the wifi calling has yet to appear

O2 did promise to enable it on non O2 devices, but we've not seen it reported to be working yet.

I can also confirm wifi calling on a non O2 device. got my S8 from CPW
