So I Have recently bought the new Samsung S20 Ultra 5G, they informed me by email that my order has been placed... 1 or 2 days later I received another email from O2 saying the order is out of stock. This irritated me quite a bit as O2 has taken my upfront payment. As I read the email it says I would have an email or text when the device has been dispatched. I have been patient and waited 5 days and there have not been any further updates. What should I do?

We hear there are no more S20's this month so you may have a long wait, sorry.

We don't get told any definite dates but we hear Samsung are having problems getting stock themselves due to Coronavirus issues.
I would only be guessing but I'd say at least another 2 weeks.
