Recently i changed my old number to my new phone but its been over a week now and i can't recieve text messages, sending them works fine and so does everything else.

 

My old phone is still recieving the messages for some reason.

In the android messaging app (not a 3rd party one) in settings check message centre is +447802000332 ?
otherwise, contact o2.
