No text received (SIM SWAP)

I got my new Galaxy S3 yesterday. I put the new micro sim card that came with it in, and then, using my previous phone & sim card, I sent the SWAP text message to 20220. No text recieved. Today I tried using the swap my sim service online. Entered my phone number, clicked send. Again. No text message with intructions. Nothing.

There is a network issue effecting some users at the moment. Might be best to try again later or call CS to do it on the phone if you can get through.

Sometimes you don't get the communication to say it is done.

 

I had an instance as well last week where both sims were working at once!  Only for about 30 minutes however...

 

Pop your new sim in, restart the device and see if it's working.
