No network STILL!!!!!!!

Hi i live in the peak national park and for the third day now i still have no network and nobody seems to know when we will be back online but you still happy to keep taking our monthly direct debits......well i think its very poor customer service and no wonder O2 is lagging behind EE and the 3 network well this is another customer and thats 4 on our street that will not beca returning customer.

You aren't alone. Many customers are having coverage issues across the country.

The network is upgrading its masts and we think it's causing mast congestion. O2 have not officially confirmed this theory.

And keep a diary of the downtime so when it's back up ask O2 for a goodwill gesture via customer services.

Until then in the interim think about
