Hello!!! Received my LG G5 yesterday, SIM card etc in and I am sure I need to do something else to activate it, but I cant remember what!? Grrr most frustrating, done an email trawl and been through the O2 site but not sure what I need to do

If it was an upgrade just use the same sim you already have.
If it was a new activation, contact CS on the landline number from this link http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
If your old sim is the wrong size, use this link to swap to new smaller sim.
http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/
