Hope someone can help me with this. I've got a HTC one that i bought earlier this year on a new refresh account. I'm due to go abroad end of August and want to use it abroad. I've now filled in the online unlock request form twice and have not received a code to unlock the phone. I first requested this in May and then again in June and have not heard anything since.
Can anyone point me in the right direction on how I can get this sorted as I don't really fancy paying the high roaming charges whilst abroad.
Any help/advice will be greatly appreciated

I have the same problem with my samsung note2. I have been given a code that did noy work and despite having call 202 and reasssured on more than 3 occasions (last 2 occasions - was promised that this would be escalated!!) that I would receive a email. I'm still waiting!!!, Yes I have checked my junk folder.

The guy on web chat said that on the system it says "not completed" and will make sure that it's done within 7 days and apologised for the delay
