I can't get Facebook on my OPPO A15 phone.

I noticed it when at the pub about a week ago, and this also happens when at home.

Any help would be gratefully received.

@RunrigForever

Are you using the app or the website?

If the app, try deleting and reinstalling it.

Does anything load at all?

Is your username and password correct?

Any error messages?

Issue when using mobile data and / or wifi etc......?

Sorted now @MI5 thank you.

Settings > Apps List > Facebook > Delete then Reinstall

Must have been using the App.

I have as Accepted Solution your first post on this thread as it is most comprehensive to me and other users.

@MI5

I have used copy & paste to post your Accept As Solution to my laptop's system's 'Drop Box'.

This is so I can easily refer to the diagnostics you have given to my OP Original Post, in future.

Thank you, once more wink
