I bought a Xiaomi Redmi 4 with dual SIMs in South Africa. One SIM is used for SA, the other for London. I use O2 here without any problem - most of the time the SA SIM is switched OFF. I would like to use the "My O2" app, but according to Google Play "This app is incompatible with all of your devices". The local (North Finchley) O2 branch does not know how to fix this. I have tried online chatting you were also unable to fix this.

Hopefully, someone can help me to install My O2 on my O2 phone pray

It maybe something to do with that the phone might be on a different frequency due to being from South Africa or software issue but I think @MI5 has had some experience with non UK phones so he may have more knowledge

What version on android is it?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
