@NeilP This is a customer community. We would not have that information. If you bought the phone in store you should go back to the store and discuss it with them. You can also call and speak to customer service https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus, but I would imagine they'll probably advise you to go back to the store. Also be aware that you have 14 days to change your mind about your purchase. If O2 don't sell the model you're interested in you can probably buy it elsewhere and just take a sim only contract.
